Australian woman Erin Patterson has been found guilty of murdering three of her estranged husband’s relatives, who died after she deliberately served them poisonous mushrooms for lunch.

Patterson, 50, was charged with murdering three relatives of her estranged husband by serving a beef Wellington laced with toxic mushrooms over lunch in 2023.

Three people died in 2023 after eating beef Wellington made by Erin Patterson, whose subsequent trial gripped the country.
