Denver Mayor Mike Johnston will soon be on his way to Washington D.C. to testify before the U.S House Oversight and Government Reform Committee to explain the city’s “sanctuary jurisdiction” policies.

This rejection was said at a hearing in Washington, D.C. The mayors from Boston, Chicago, New York, and Denver were summoned to testify in Congress. Answering questions about their so-called "Sanctuary cities" for undocumented immigrants.
