Beginning today, August 1, you can return to Wakanda in the animated series “Eyes of Wakanda,” which was developed and executive produced by “Black Panther” director Ryan Coogler. The series is a Disney+ original.

Eyes of Wakanda creator Todd Harris knew he needed his animated Marvel series about the Black Panther's home nation to have a culmination. "You've got to make a show mean something," he tells Entertainment Weekly. That culmination happens in the fourth and final episode of season 1, which dropped on Disney+ in its entirely on Friday.

Eyes of Wakanda, Disney+'s Black Panther prequel, is a worthy anthology series that expands one of the MCU's best locales.
