Interstate 395 Southbound was reopened after being closed on Tuesday due to a four-vehicle crash, according to state police. Police say the incident happened at around 1:31 p.m. in the area of exit 18.

The crash left one driver with serious injuries and two others with minor injuries, according to state police.
