One officer suffered a head injury during the Michigan brawl, Ohio State said Wednesday, and three used pepper spray. No charges have been filed.

Now, it has been reported that one Ohio lawmaker has even suggested it should be a felony. State Rep. Josh Williams, R-Sylvania Twp., introduced the O.H.I.O. Sportsmanship Act Tuesday, per a report from Anthony Shoemaker and Erin Glynn of the Columbus Dispatch.

The move comes after a fight broke out between Ohio State University and Michigan players after the Wolverines tried to plant a flag on OSU's field.
