PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Smoke particles from Canadian wildfires are causing air quality concerns in the Philadelphia region on Tuesday. While Philadelphia is still in the "moderate" zone on air quality for smoke, Meteorologist Karen Rogers says it is forecast to become a bit more of an issue later in the day.
