A U.S. Customs and Border Protection director was accused of fraudulently obtaining disaster aid and lying to federal agents.
She's accused of receiving FEMA aid money to stay in a rental after her home flooded, but didn't use the funds for that.
The FBI arrested CBP official Serina Baker-Hill for allegedly receiving fraudulent FEMA funds. The Department of Justice identified Baker-Hill, a 55-year-old CBP director, in a Wednesday statement.
