More than 1,000 international students at 128 colleges and universities have had their visas revoked or their legal status terminated since mid-March.

In a stunning blow to international scholars who had hopes of studying in the United States, the Trump administration has revoked hundreds of student visas in nearly every corner of the country as part of a vast immigration crackdown.

Ten students – two who were currently attending and seven recent graduates — at Kent State University have now lost their visas, which is up from four last week, according to the university. Three UA students – up from two last week – are facing this issue, the university says.
