The agency reported cases in two Central Texas counties that hadn't previously reported cases, Brown and Erath counties. Tuesday's update brings the total number of cases since January to 422.
Texas Children's Hospital and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center have announced a collaboration dedicated to pediatric cancer care.

The outbreak has expanded beyond West Texas and the Panhandle with confirmed cases in Erath County, southwest of Fort Worth, and Brown County, between Abilene and Killeen. Lamar County in far northeast Texas has 10 cases. Officials say 42 people have been hospitalized.
