Following the rescinding of their trade for Charlotte Hornets center Mark Williams, the Los Angeles Lakers still had a big need at center with Jaxson Hayes being the only true big on a standard contract.

Alex Len was thrown into the deep end on Wednesday night, playing his first game with the Los Angeles Lakers just days after being signed to the team. He scored only four points, seven rebounds, and two assists during his 22 minutes on the floor and obviously has some adjusting to do.

Len was waived by the Wizards after a deadline trade and it initially seemed like he would be joining the Pacers
