LeGarrette Blount Jr. has received an offer from the Tar Heels, the class of 2028 prospect announced on social media. The son of the Patriots standout running back with the same name, Blount plays defensive back and wide receiver at Hamilton High School in Chandler, Arizona.

A former NFL general manager, Lombardi will serve as North Carolina's GM and help Belichick build the Tar Heels' roster.
