Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said that the team will not activate quarterback Deshaun Watson to the active roster after 21 days of practicing with the team.

Stefanski said Tuesday that Deshaun Watson will not be activated to the active roster. Watson’s 21-day practice window opened on Dec. 3 and he mainly worked with the scout team.
