Skydance-owned Paramount on Tuesday closed its $81 billion takeover of Warner Bros. Discovery, ushering in a new Hollywood giant.
The merger unites two major movie studios, news operations CBS News and CNN and cable networks including Comedy Central and TNT.
Warner Bros. has revealed the attractions that will await fans in its upcoming Harry Potter theme park lands in Abu Dhabi which were unveiled today.
The newly combined company, named Skydance, brings together the studios behind franchise juggernauts like “Harry Potter,” “Mission Impossible” and DC Studios, along with news networks CBS News and CNN and streaming platforms Paramount+ and HBO Max.
Once merged, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and Game of Thrones company Warner Bros. will exist alongside Paramount as a sub-brand of Skydance. The historic film and TV studios
