While you could tediously copy and paste names and addresses from a text document, with a little know-how in Excel, you can make the process far easier.
Filters are great tools, but you can't remove specific items from the results. When you need to do this, try Find All in Excel instead.
First, select all the data you want to include in the chart. After that, click on the Insert tab and navigate to the Charts section in the middle of Excel’s ribbon.
