Both the LSU and LSU-Shreveport 2025 national champion baseball teams are set to be honored by President Donald Trump at the White House on Monday afternoon.

President Donald Trump on Monday applauded LSU’s 2025 national championship baseball team in a ceremony in the East Room of the White House.

“That Alabama loss made us even hungrier," Vanderbilt running back Sedrick Alexander said. “We knew that we didn’t play up to the standard of Vanderbilt football.”
