WEST ALLIS, Wis. - The Wisconsin Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on Tuesday on a case challenging the current legislative maps. This case doesn't deal with partisan gerrymandering; it won't look at whether the maps can favor one political party.
The case is one of three about the constitutionality of the gerrymandered congressional map and whether a petition can force a vote on redistricting.
A panel of judges agreed to an expedited schedule in a case that asks them to block the new map from being used.
