MaineDOT announced Friday that it is conducting a thorough review of Thursday's partial collapse of the new Llewellyn Estes Bridge that is currently under construction in Old Town.
Four days after the catastrophic structural failure little is known about what caused the collapse or when the public will learn the full scope of what happened.
