After winter weather caused crashes and closed schools in Missouri, dumped more than a foot of snow in Iowa and left drivers struggling to see in Buffalo, New York, the East Coast is bracing for its own dangerous winter weather Tuesday.

Light snow will begin after midnight Monday night with much of the area waking up to at least 1 to 2 inches of new snow. The snow will continue throughout the morning Tuesday, and should come to an end in the early afternoon. Luckily there will not be too much wind with the snow.
