The Lady Vols fly out to California on Friday to face off with UCLA on Sunday and Stanford on Dec. 3. The Bruins have played one of the toughest schedules in the country with wins over Oklahoma and North Carolina already, not to mention participating in the Players Era Tournament over the Thanksgiving break.

Lady Vols basketball suffered a blowout loss to UCLA on the road, and its defense and turnovers doomed Tennessee from the start at Pauley Pavilion.

The No. 12 ranked Tennessee Lady Vols basketball team moved to 3-1 on the season after a 68-58 win over Belmont. It took a brilliant effort in the 4th quarter on behalf of Tennessee to finally go ahead and slightly pull away as Belmont was leading the Lady Vols 49-46.

No. 9 Tennessee (1-1) defeated ETSU (0-2), 97-47, in the Lady Vols’ 2025-26 regular-season home opener Friday at Food City Center. Tennessee totaled 30 bench points, 40 points in the paint, 32 points off turnovers, 17 second chance points and 30 fast break points against the Buccaneers.
