Hollow Knight Silksong won't be in the Indie World Nintendo Direct according to the YouTuber who leaked it: "Ah s**t, here we go again"
After the devastation that came when the Partner Showcase did not feature Hollow Knight: Silksong, naturally, this news sent the Silksong community back into a frenzy (especially with a demo appearing at Gamescom later this month ), with the exclamation of "ah shit, here we go again" summing it up pretty well.

Nintendo has some more games to show us. After the company’s Partner Direct showcase last week, Nintendo has announced yet another showcase, this time an Indie World presentation, for Thursday, August 7th, at 9AM ET on YouTube. The presentation will be 15 minutes long which is plenty of time to share at least one new trailer for Silksong.
Silksong has multiple endings, at least one of them may confirm whether or not the sequel's story is a true 'sequel' or a prequel.
