Bay FC, the Bay Area’s professional women’s soccer team, will play a regular-season game at Oracle Park, home of the San Francisco Giants, this summer in a “milestone event.” The contest will be the first-ever women’s professional soccer match played at Oracle Park.

It will mark the first women’s professional sports competition at the waterfront baseball field, which has a capacity of 40,260.

Bay FC will face the Washington Spirit in a special match held at Oracle Park, the home of the San Francisco Giants, in August.
