Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen said his office is seeking prison sentences for members of a Home Depot theft crew that hit nearly 200 stores in Northern California in just four months.

Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen spoke Wednesday morning on a case involving a man who pleaded guilty to organizing a retail theft ring where he and others targeted Home Depot stores.

ICE agents used a Penske rental truck as a “Trojan Horse”" before a raid at a Home Depot in Los Angeles. In a statement, Penske said the company was not made aware of the operation. NBC News Senior Homeland Security Correspondent Julia Ainsley reports more details.

Border Patrol agents reportedly arrested 16 people at a Home Depot in Westlake on Wednesday. They utilized Penske trucks to carry out the arrests.
