The Las Vegas Raiders have agreed on a 4-year contract with Pete Carroll to be the club's new head coach, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Friday. On Thursday, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported Carroll and the Dallas Cowboys held informal talks about the vacancy there.
