BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Flights to and from the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport are expected to be impacted by the winter storm. Officials from the Baton Rouge Metro Airport are monitoring the incoming winter storm and expect possible disruptions of flight schedules and airport operations.

As President Donald Trump was being sworn into office, Governor Jeff Landry flew the Make America Great Again flag over the mansion in Baton Rouge. Some members of the local NAACP came out to condemn the move.
