NBA All-Star Weekend has arrived, but the main event has been expanded to a mini-tournament. Instead of one All-Star Game, four teams will compete in three games - two semifinals and a championship - for the All-Star crown.

The NBA All-Star weekend is going to look a fair bit different this year. Gone is the traditional All-Star game—in its place is a pickup-style tournament, with TNT analysts Charles Barkley, Shaquille O'Neal and Kenny Smith serving as team captains.

The fun begins Friday with the Rising Stars practice session and concludes Sunday with the All-Star Game tournament
