Benjamin Netanyahu has delayed his security cabinet’s vote on the ceasefire deal after accusing Hamas of backtracking on the agreement. The Israeli prime minister claimed Hamas was trying to “extort last-minute concessions” and said Israel’s cabinet will not meet to ratify the deal until Hamas backs down.
