As Mexico striker Raúl Jiménez scored a game-tying goal in the 27th minute, the forward took a moment to honor his former teammate, Diogo Jota, who was killed in a car crash on Thursday.

Jimenez, now with Fulham, and Jota became firm friends during their time together at English Premier League side Wolves, from 2018 to 2020. Raul Jimenez spoke today about Diogo Jota's passing.
