Democratic state representative Josh Siegel says he's running to bring a new generation of leadership. The 31-year-old currently represents Pennsylvania's 22nd district which contains parts of Allentown and Salisbury Township.

Chester County voters registered as anything other than Republican or Democratic weren't on the books originally provided to polling places.

The elections determine if the three current state Supreme Court justices, all Democrats, will serve another 10-year term.
