Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan's time in office is coming to an end. As he wraps up his third term, he is looking back on his time in office as he ramps up his run for governor.
Detroit residents have their final chance today to vote for the successor to longtime Mayor Mike Duggan. The three-term mayor opted to not run again and instead is campaigning as an independent for governor of Michigan.
Mike Duggan, who is running for governor as an independent, said the state has been "a joke" nationally for its changes to school accountability.
