With the trade deadline approaching, teams have reportedly inquired to the Seattle Seahawks about edge rusher Boye Mafe and cornerback Riq Woolen.

The Seahawks are 5-2 while fielding one of the league's highest-scoring offenses. It's safe to say John Schneider nailed the offseason and all of Seattle's risky moves are paying dividends. Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that teams have inquired about potential trades for Seahawks CB Riq Woolen and LB Boye Mafe. Schefter says that Seattle hasn’t wanted to move either player before next week’s deadline.

In advance of their meeting with the Commanders on Sunday, the Seahawks have placed safety Julian Love and tight end Eric Saubert on IR, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Love is dealing with a hamstring injury, while a calf issue will shelve Saubert. Both players will miss a minimum of four games.
