The Indianapolis Colts may be looking at making a game-changing move ahead of the NFL trade deadline on Nov. 4.

ESPN offered up a rumor on one of the best edge rushers in the NFL and it is bad news for the Dallas Cowboys, San Francisco 49ers and Indianapolis Colts, all of whom could use an upgrade.

Former Duke Blue Devil Daniel Jones, whom the Colts signed to a one-year deal over the offseason, entered Sunday ranked fifth with 1,790 passing yards and second with an 80.4 ESPN QBR. He also has 10 touchdown tosses against three interceptions as well as 83 rushing yards and four scores on 29 carries.

Prior to the Indianapolis Colts' first Week 9 practice on Wednesday, head coach Shane Steichen provided an injury update on defensive end Samson Ebukam. It was during the Colts ' Week 7 matchup with the LA Chargers that Ebukam suffered a knee injury.

Taylor entered Sunday’s matchup with the Tennessee Titans ranked first in the NFL in rushing yards (697) and rushing touchdowns (10). The former Wisconsin Badger was also averaging 5.3 yards a carry despite ranking second with 131 carries, so he’s been a reliable aid for quarterback Daniel Jones.
