Rachel Zegler is set to make her West End debut in a revival of Evita at the London Palladium this summer. The 23-year-old actress will take on the role of Argentina's First Lady Eva Perón in the Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber musical.

New Jersey’s Rachel Zegler has been on a nonstop upward trajectory since making her film debut as Maria in Steven Spielberg’s “ West Side Story ” in 2021. The actor and singer known for her “ songbird ” voice stars as Snow White in Disney’s upcoming live-action musical adaptation of the 1937 animated film, due in theaters March 21.

While of course known for her more recent film roles, Zegler made her screen debut in Steven Spielberg’s West Side Story adaptation as Maria, and recently starred opposite Heart

Zegler parlayed the critical success of “West Side Story” into leading roles in the “Hunger Games” prequel “The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes,” in which she again flexed her vocal chops as impoverished tribute Lucy Gray Baird, as well as Disney’s “Snow White” remake with Gal Gadot as the Evil Queen, which opens on March 21.
