Pennsylvania's annual budget has ballooned by nearly 64% under Gov. Josh Shapiro and his predecessor, both Democrats, an investigation by The Center Square found.

In the call, paid for by the Pennsylvania Democratic Party, Shapiro urges voters to vote “yes” to retain three sitting Democrats on the Supreme Court for another 10-year term.

Shapiro is the latest big-name Democrat — and potential presidential candidate — to campaign in the state ahead of the Nov. 4 elections.
