Anthony has been in custody since his April 2 arrest for fatally stabbing 17-year-old Austin Metcalf at a Frisco ISD track meet. According to witness statements, Anthony and Metcalf were involved in a verbal dispute, and at one point, Anthony pulled out a knife and stabbed Metcalf once in the chest.

A Collin County judge set Karmelo Anthony's bond at $250,000 on Monday. Anthony is accused of fatally stabbing Austin Metcalf at a Frisco high school track meet.

At a court hearing Monday morning, a Collin County district judge reduced the bond for Frisco track meet stabbing suspect Karmelo Anthony to $250,000. Bond conditions for the 17-year-old will include being on house arrest and wearing an ankle monitor.
