The Philadelphia 76ers dropped to 7-16 on the season following a 121-107 loss to the Indiana Pacers in a matchup where a lot went wrong. The Sixers lost Joel Embiid at halftime to a sinus fracture and even rookie Jared McCain left briefly after a hard fall and had to undergo concussion tests before returning.

Embiid was trying to make a defensive play 12 seconds before halftime of a 121-107 loss to Indiana. He did not return to the game and will undergo further evaluation this weekend.

At this point, if you're a Philadelphia 76ers fan, it's hard to know whether to laugh or cry at how ridiculously awful this season is going. It was supposed to be a season of joy and contention for the Sixers after adding Paul George in the summer,
