Babar Azam made a triumphant return to T20 cricket with his 37th half century and led Pakistan to a series-clinching four-wicket victory against South Africa in the third and final game on Saturday.

Even in Australia, Arshdeep was brought into the XI only as an afterthought after India kept him out for the first two games.

It was his 37th T20I half-century overall, and his first since May 2024, helping Pakistan seal the series 2-1 against South Africa.
