MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) – Former Minot Mayor Shaun Sipma said Friday he does not intend to run in a special election for mayor.
Acting Minot mayor Mark Jantzer has announced that he is running for the position in the special election asked for by voters after the resignation of former mayor Tom Ross.
