The Burlington Public Works Department is announcing a parking ban to begin Sunday.

The trooper was assisting a disabled vehicle with their emergency lights activated when a vehicle traveling in the right lane struck the trooper’s vehicle.

Sagui Dekel Chen, 36, whose family has ties to Connecticut, Iair Horn, 46, and Alexander Troufanov, 29, appeared to be in better condition than the hostages freed a week ago.
