Daniel Naroditsky's death is being investigated as a possible suicide or drug overdose, according to a Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department incident report obtained by PEOPLE.

Less than one week after Isabelle Tate passed away on Oct. 19, a cause of death for the 23-year-old actor has been revealed. The talent agency that represented Tate, who appeared in one episode of the ABC series “9-1-1: Nashville,” offered additional details about her death in a statement on Oct. 23.

Remains were found on Oct. 18 in a shallow grave near an abandoned middle school. The remains were later identified as Kada Scott's.
