The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health confirmed that David Lynch died from cardiac arrest. The acclaimed director’s death certificate was released Friday, according to TMZ. The document said that chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was an underlying condition that contributed to Lynch’s death and noted dehydration was another significant contributor.
