A stretch of Interstate 83 is closed after a truck spilled a thousand pounds of frozen hot dogs all over the road, according to emergency dispatchers.

Friday morning, shutting down Interstate 83 in both directions while first responders tended to patients, and cleaned up the mess.

Interstate 83 was closed in both directions between exits 4 and 8 this morning after a tractor-trailer crashed, scattering frozen hot dogs across the highway, York County 911 reported. The crash was reported at 9:13 a.m.
