Argentine midfielder Rodrigo De Paul has agreed to contract terms with Inter Miami. A person familiar with the negotiations told The Associated Press about the deal on Wednesday on condition of anonymity because the signing has not been announced.

Rodrigo De Paul will join Inter Miami on a six-month loan, which includes a mandatory purchase clause at the end of the deal. Inter Miami will then be required to buy the player from Atlético Madrid for $17.4 million and negotiate a new long-term contract with De Paul.
