The Commanders are home underdogs a season after the reaching the NFC Championship Game, but most experts are picking the Seahawks.
The Seattle Seahawks were rumored to be in trade talks, bit it appears as though Riq Woolen will not be part of any such deal.
Fair to say the Seahawks have overachieved to date on the season as they sit tied with the Rams atop the NFC West while its also fair to say the Commanders have underachieved as they sit one game out of last in the NFC East.
The Seahawks roster is strong, but there are a couple of spots where they could use more depth going into the second half of the regular season.

If the Seattle Seahawks made a trade prior to the NFL deadline (Nov. 4), reports indicate it'll be for an interior offensive lineman. Perhaps John Schneider would target a right guard. That's where Seattle's interior weakness lies, with Anthony Bradford especially struggling in pass protection this season.
The Tennessee Titans got absolutely fleeced by general manager John Schneider in the deal that brought Ernest Jones to Seattle.

But there’s a new trade idea making the rounds early this week that suggests the Bengals go get Seattle Seahawks cornerback Riq Woolen, courtesy of ESPN’s Seth Walder:
“Zeitler, even at 35, would be an instant upgrade as a pass blocker and in helping open holes on the ground. The savvy vet would also aid the rest of the young interior. A free agent in 2026, Zeitler shouldn’t cost a ton. The Titans are in sell mode and have already signaled their willingness to move their 2026 free agents.”
