A criminal investigator has filed a complaint in federal court after a suspected killer in a quadruple homicide may have crossed state lines.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is searching for Austin Robert Drummond. He is the man they say is responsible for the quadruple homicide in Lake County.
