Political turmoil continues in Thornton Township following an emergency meeting that was held Monday night. Tensions remain high between Township Supervisor Tiffany Henyard and the Board of Trustees.

Hours after an emergency meeting in Thornton Township was cancelled due to a lack of quorum, Tiffany Henyard was also not present at a Village of Dolton Board meeting that proceeded as planned Monday evening.

As a result, many have been left wondering what Henyard’s next move will be as the primary election draws near. Jermont Terry reports.
