Former NFL star quarterback Tom Brady sparked a strong reaction with his controversial decision announced this week.
After Week 8, NFL legend Tom Brady put the Indianapolis Colts at No. 1 in his power rankings. At the time, the Daniel Jones-led squad had lost just once and boasted a 7-1 record, with wins against the Los Angeles Chargers and Denver Broncos.
Naturally, the loss also caused the Chiefs to drop in Tom Brady's power rankings. The NFL icon has been rating his top 10 teams each week as he continues to work as an analyst for FOX Sports, and for Week 9, Kansas City fell by three spots.
After missing four games due to an ankle injury, quarterback J.J. McCarthy returned to game action for the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday. They entered the game with a 3-4 record and were facing the Detroit Lions, a team that came in with a 5-2 record, not to mention Super Bowl expectations.
Tom Brady is widely regarded as the greatest football player of all time. Brady spent 23 years in the NFL, made 15 Pro Bowls, had three First Team All-Pro selections, won three AP NFL MVP awards and has the most Super Bowl victories of any player in history with seven.
