Rich Stratton came to our NovaCare Rehabilitation center in Bayville, New Jersey, after undergoing a total shoulder replacement due to advanced arthritis. Early in his recovery, postoperative precautions limited how much he could lift, reach or move his right arm. Over time, and with a carefully progressed treatment plan, Rich regained the strength and mobility he had lost long before surgery.
