🎄✨ How I Decorate My One-Pot Christmas Cake ✨🎄 For the marzipan, I use an egg yolk in my recipe – it gives a lovely richness and helps bind everything together. 🥚💛 I know some don’t like to use the egg version, but this is what my mum always used and it was never an issue. I also have a non-egg marzipan recipe if you prefer – I’ll pop that in the comments for you! I love finishing my Christmas cake with royal icing ❄️ – it gives that classic snowy look and keeps the cake beautifully fresh. P
