A lot of babies really struggle with this direction due to- 👉 The Landau Reflex- a natural reflex that causes the baby to “swim” during tummy time, bringing the arms out to the side 👉 Decreased arm strength- if babies can’t push up through their arms and weight shift side to side 👉 Decreased core strength- babies core needs to be actively engaged to turn over Different babies respond to different techniques so give any of these a try and see how they go!
