The perfect recipe for a quick pre workout snack that also doubles as a toddler snack! Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, mashed 11/2 cups oats 2 tbs nut butter (I use cashew butter) 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds ½ cup chocolate chips 1. Mash the bananas in a large bowl. 2. Add nut butter, oats, chia seed, and chocolate chips. 3. Mix well. Shape the dough into 10-12 cookies, place on a lined tray and bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes. I do half without chocolate chips first for a toddler friendly version! #health
